Our agenda moves Minnesota’s hospitality industry and economy forward.

• Bring alignment with other states by creating a price transparency/surcharge exemption for hospitality businesses.  

• Enact swipe fee reform. 

• Create a Guaranteed Minimum Wage for tipped employees. 

• Allow Tip Pooling.

• Align the definition of seasonal employees in the Minnesota PMFL with Federal law (180 days).

• Grant all Minnesota municipalities the discretion to create Social Districts.
